Bleachers is the project of 33 yo Jack Antonoff and Gone Now is the second album under this moniker.

Pitchfork calls it “bold and bombastic” and states there are some ecstatic hymns on Gone Now, but thinks it is still a pretty uneven album.

However, I think the really good stuff on this album stands out. Don’t Take The Money is a stadium hymn and Let’s Get Married makes even a divorced person rethinks his/her negative thoughts about ever remarrying again. What more can you ask?
